We bought our first home last year, newly flipped and really believed everything was done right. Earlier this week with all of the heavy rains, we found out everything was not done right and a patch that we were not told about in our attic finally gave in causing our ceiling in our kitchen to start flooding (at night of course). Jay came out the next morning for us and found a couple different spots in our roof that needed patching. Came out 2 days later to fix these problems for us, upon finding more and had it all fixed up for us. We are so thankful for Jay and Luis for going above and beyond for us. You always want a company you can trust to do an amazing job and not try to rip you off either. These guys are our construction hero’s!! After being ripped off. By another contractor. On a bathroom remodel. To make a Handicap accessible bathroom. For my 88 year old father. We where left. Living in a hotel. Our home left dirty and our only bathroom unusable. Jashar came in and saved the day!! He would work late into the night. Fixing all the mistakes. The previous contractor had made. He communicated with us. Every step of the way. Showing and explaining issues he would come across. Giving us options for a solution. He got our bathroom functional and our home livable. As he was in the middle of many other projects. His goal was to get us back in our home. He worked long nights to do that for us. Now he is returning. To take our bathroom from functional. To the bathroom we had dreamed of to begin with. His work is top notch!! He shows up at agreed times. He communicates well as the project progresses. Each day he left his work area clean. He treated our home as a home. Not just a construction site. Our home is old and has many challenges. Every step of the way. As a new challenge arose. He would let us know. Giving us many options as to how to solve each issue. Helping us stay within our budget. I can’t express how grateful we are. To have found a company we can trust. Not only to just get the job done. Even though state farm was complicating matters with filing the claim, Jay was extremely patient and professional about the whole ordeal. Kong construction did a fabulous job laying 1200 square feet of vinyl flooring for us. It totally changed the look of our whole home. They were friendly, courteous, and very fast. Picking up the phone to call someone when something has gone wrong with your house is the probably one of the worst calls you have to make. Kong construction is who you want on the other end to pick up that phone call. They were very professional, thorough, tidy and the kitchen looks great! Jay went above and beyond by going to bat for me with the insurance adjuster who was quite difficult to work with.
